USA-Boxing Registration for Youth $43.00........Please note that ALL Boxers under the age of 18 MUST be registered with USA Boxing to participate optionally in any sparring and competition. Youth must also present a copy of their Birth Certificate to be registered with USA Boxing. Price includes one-year membership, athletic passbook, and photos. Please make payment of $40.00 to USA Boxing and $3.00 to Tolzmann’s Twin Cities Boxing.

Waiver and Release of Liability All participants including adults and youth (youth must have at least one parent present) must sign a waiver and release from liability before participating in ANY boxing activities within the gym.
